What Does The Recruitment Process Look Like?

1. Portfolio Review

We work with some of the best content creators so we want to see some of your best work.

2. Phone Interview

We want to make sure your goals can be achieved while helping our clients achieve theirs.

3. Test Edit

We don’t care about degrees or professional training. We care about the quality of your work.

4. Offer

If you’re a good fit, we’ll make you an offer and you can start editing after a short training period.
