Once you sign up, we’ll invite you into our content management platform. There, you’ll be able to add notes and see the process of your edit. You’ll also see links there directing you to our review platform where you can give us feedback at specific points in your video and even draw on the screen to express the changes needed.
The goal of all of our services is to help you save your precious time and achieve real growth on YouTube. Thus to ensure that each client gets awesome results we will only work with clients that have shot their videos at a competitive standard. That’s why we have an application for clients, so we can make sure we’re a good fit for each other.
- We will not edit poorly shot and poorly lit footage (we’re editors, not magicians).
- We will not edit any hateful, demeaning or obscene content.
- We will not edit any content that encourages others to break the law.
- Our services do not include: 3D animation or tracking.
Yes, we limit the length of the completed video to 15 minutes (give or take some seconds). If your content is longer than that feel free to reach out and discuss a custom quote.
Our editors are awesome but good edits take time. Please allow up to 48 hours for your edit to be complete. If you need revisions, we can do those within 24 hours.
If you have your own video graphics (lower thirds, transitions, etc.) we’ll be happy to use them. You can upload them to your Dropbox folder and we’ll use them in your edits until you tell us otherwise.
An experienced YouTube professional and/or trained editor will look at your audience retention reports and give you advice based on his personal experience on YouTube and working with clients in the past. These consultations are focused on the video content we edit only and are not a full channel consultation. We’ll need access to your channel for this and you can safely add us using the permissions feature on your channel. Once you sign up we’ll show you how to do this.
Consultations are based on your amount of uploads. For example, it doesn’t make sense to meet weekly if you upload once per week because we haven’t had a lot of time to accumulate response data. So, if you upload weekly we’ll meet once per month. If you upload 2-3 times per week we’ll meet bi-weekly.
